Public Health England (PHE) publish child health profiles for each London Borough. These provide key data on levels of obesity as well as a range of other health issues. The profiles also show how these factors compare to neighbouring boroughs, and include information on wider determinants of health such as family homelessness, family poverty etc.

PHE also offer Public Health Outcomes Frameworks  that may be useful when looking at the overall health of your borough

National Obesity Observatory

The National Obesity Observatory has a host of information about obesity and its causes, and detailed data based on the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) to which schools have been contributing since 2006. A range of useful background papers is available here.

Public Health Interactive Atlas

An interactive atlas enables you to see data on overweight and obesity for your borough, as well as a smaller geographic area known as a Medium SuperOutput Area. These MSOAs are about half the size of local electoral wards, so offer some very targeted information. The atlas can be viewed here.
